SafelySite is a B2B SaaS platform that provides:
- AI-Powered Hazard Detection: Automated analysis of construction site photos and videos to identify safety hazards.
- Compliance Reporting: Generation of reports compliant with UAE OSHAD SF, Dubai Municipality, and other regulatory requirements.
- Multi-Site Management: Tools to manage multiple construction sites within an organization.
- Team Collaboration: Features for team members to share findings and track hazard resolution.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Organization Accounts
- Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access.
- Users may only access construction sites they have been granted permission to access.
- Organization administrators are responsible for ensuring proper use by their team members.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Upload construction site photos and videos for hazard analysis.
- Generate safety and compliance reports for your organization.
- Manage construction site safety programs.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Upload content unrelated to construction safety (the Service will reject such content).
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users.
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
- Upload content containing personally identifiable information of workers without proper consent.
4.3 Content Standards
Uploaded media must:
- Be from legitimate construction sites.
- Not contain intentionally misleading or manipulated content.
- Comply with worker privacy requirements (avoid capturing faces when possible).
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
SafelySite, including its AI models, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is owned by SafelySite and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
- You retain ownership of photos, videos, and data you upload.
- You grant SafelySite a license to process, store, and analyze your content to provide the Service.
- This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
5.3 AI-Generated Reports
- Reports generated by the Service are provided for your use.
- You may use these reports for internal purposes and regulatory submissions.
- The AI analysis results are recommendations and do not replace professional safety assessments.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
6.1 AI Analysis Limitations
- AI hazard detection is a tool to assist, not replace, human safety professionals.
- The Service may not detect all hazards or may occasionally produce false positives.
- Organizations remain responsible for their own safety compliance.
6.2 No Professional Advice
- The Service does not provide legal, safety engineering, or professional advice.
- Consult qualified professionals for official safety assessments and compliance matters.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW:
- SafelySite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated analysis.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SafelySite harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
- Content you upload to the Service.
9. Service Availability
9.1 Uptime
- We target 99.9% service availability.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
9.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
- Change these Terms with notice through the Service or email.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the Dubai Courts.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SafelySite.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
11.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
11.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. SafelySite may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition.
